The arrow is 3/8" in diameter because it has a plastic tip. This means that you must have the 3/8" size pathpal to ensure compatibility. If you previously ordered the 5/16" pathpal, the only other way to get the Arrow to fit is to manually remove or cut off the plastic tip to ensure it can fit.
